South West London Community NHS Trust
When SWLCT needed help communicating with their web design company, they asked Dimension Associates to provide a technical liaison service. Both parties benefited. SWLCT were able to ask questions and receive answers in plain english. The design company was able to talk in technical terms. Dimension Associates translated. The project started to make rapid progress.
SWLCT subsequently asked Dimension Associates to project manage the website development to completion and to provide the following services:
- review of the website design against NHS guidelines
- technical liaison with the NHS Information Authority
- continuous testing of the website during development
South West London Community NHS Trust Human Resources
Dimension Associates was commissioned by SWLCT Human Resources to develop an online vacancies database, serving multiple HR departments. The database needed to be updateable by HR staff so that vacancy details could be added, modified or removed online. For applicants, vacancies needed to be presented by category and an online application form was required. Dimension Associates delivered.
Register Services
When Register Services wanted to put their database of registered homes for people with learning disabilities online, Dimension Associates provided technical liaison between Register Services and their web design company. Dimension Associates made life easier for Register Services by developing a mechanism for Register Services to update the online database.
Other services provided to Register Services include:
- produce a report on database usage and migration options
- develop a prototype website for Register Services
- review data protection registration to ensure compliance
- provide technical liaison between Register Services and the IT department
- assist with the migration to an enterprise level database
- assist with the specification of hardware and software procurements
- research, monitor and report on the status of encryption facilities within the NHS
Wandsworth Primary Care Trust
Sutton & Merton Primary Care Trust
With a rapidly approaching deadline for the reorganisation of South West London Community Trust into two Primary Care Trusts, Wandsworth and Sutton & Merton, Dimension Associates was commissioned to "clone" the existing website into two similar, but targeted, Primary Care Trust websites, sharing as much common content as possible. Dimension Associates turned the concept into reality and delivered on time.
Following the launch of the two websites, Dimension Associates provided continuous Website Management Services to maintain and enhance the websites on an ongoing basis.
South West London Health Authority
In advance of the launch of the full website, Dimension Associates was commissioned to design and develop a holding site allowing visitors to register for updates and providing a facility for NHS staff to mailshot registered visitors.
East Surrey Health Community
Dimension Associates was commissioned by East Surrey Health Community to re-design their existing website, giving the site a more professional NHS look and feel and making navigation simpler and easier.
Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Trust
Dimension Associates was commissioned to audit the HWP Trust website against the NHS Identity Guidelines.
East Surrey Primary Care Trust
Dimension Associates was commissioned to audit both the ESPCT website and the Surrey Postnatal Depression website against the NHS Identity ines.
